To begin, we offer a complimentary consultation - with this initial client meeting, we are introduced to each other and the problems that need to be addressed through our services. Depending on the project, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. We keep detailed logs of the time spent on your project. We only work for as long as a project requires, so you’ll never be over-billed for unproductive time. Please see “The Process” page for more details on when you will be billed.
